The mechanic stopped as he was walking from the office to the bay, turned and gave a look before storming off. I advised the other mechanic that I was going next door to the Sonic for a tea and would be right back. Five minutes later I returned. At this time the first mechanic had a grin and stated the vehicle did not pass inspection because it was 20% and the law was 25%. It should be noted the vehicle had legal tint from the dealer. I argued to no avail. I advised them I was never coming back. I was told by the first mechanic, "Good, I won't have to deal with the headache." All this, because I asked him to do a good job for a service I was paying for. Don't go there.

Ask Tommy Eure this simple question: Are you able to fix the brakes on Tiffany's car when you have admitted that your last training certificate was at least a decade ago? Why do you have complaints. Why did you not try to work with previous customers to negate any bad reviews. Why were you caught allegely lying about a car part you kept from a customer and in the presence of Ingram law officials. The more I read about Tommy Eure and his shop, the more questions are raised. What's up with this guy?
